About Us
A bridge between Japanese churches and Christians from around the world.
Our Vision
To connect Christians around the world with local churches in Japan and help build a strong foundation for the future of the Japanese Church.
Our Mission
We connect overseas missionaries, pastors, and called workers with local churches in Japan, creating safe, healthy, and sustainable partnerships for long-term ministry.
Why This Matters
Many Christians desire to serve in Japan. At the same time, many Japanese churches face real challenges: pastor shortages, aging leadership, and a lack of workers. We exist to bridge this gap — with respect for the local church and a heart for genuine partnership.
Why Kyoto?
Kyoto is an international city and the cultural heart of Japan. It is also the home of our first ministry partnership. We aim to build a healthy model here before expanding further across the nation.
Our Heart
We do not come to compete with local churches or to “take sheep.” We come to serve, support, and strengthen what God is already doing through Japanese pastors and congregations. Our desire is to see lasting fruit and a genuine movement of God in Japan — together with the local church.
