What is Kingdom Connectors Mission Center?
We are a ministry based in Kyoto that connects local Japanese churches with missionaries, pastors, and called workers from around the world. Our goal is healthy, lasting partnerships that strengthen the local church.
Do you replace or compete with Japanese churches?
No. We intentionally serve under and alongside local pastors. We do not plant parallel ministries or take people away from existing churches. Our posture is to strengthen what God is already doing through Japanese congregations.
Who can come through the Center?
Missionaries, pastors, evangelists, and other called workers who sense a genuine call to serve in Japan and are willing to work in partnership with local churches.
How does the matching process work?
We listen carefully to the needs of the church and the calling, gifts, and maturity of the worker. We seek mutual fit, clear expectations, and healthy communication before any placement moves forward.
Do you help with visas, housing, and practical life in Japan?
We provide guidance and practical support in these areas, and we walk with people as they prepare and settle. Specific arrangements depend on each situation and partnership.
Can churches request short-term teams?
Yes. We help coordinate short-term teams in a way that serves the local church and aims for lasting fruit rather than temporary activity only.
How can I support if I cannot come to Japan?
You can pray, give, or help send others. Partnership from a distance is a vital part of this work..
Where are you based?
We are based in Kyoto, the cultural heart of Japan, and we are building a model here with a vision to serve more widely across the nation over time.
